PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for preventing global warming capable of reflecting and radiating solar light to the space direction without being shielded by a shielding body on the ground. SOLUTION: The member 4 for preventing global warming as an example of configurations of embodiments in the invention is stuck on a wall surface of a building 3 for use. The surface of the member 4 for preventing global warming is made of a retro-reflection body. Therefore, when solar light rays are made incident onto the member 4 for preventing global warming, a large part of solar light made incident is reflected and returns to the direction of sun. Therein, because the incident direction is equal to the reflection direction, principally there is no shielding body such as other buildings in the direction of the reflection light. Accordingly, it does not occur that the reflected light strikes other material on the ground and is absorbed thereby. Because there is not such a concern that the reflected light strikes another material, not only the energy absorption is prevented, but also such an unexpected accident that the reflected light causes a prescribed person to encounter the dazzle or shines down upon a prescribed part does not occur.
