PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for preventing an internal rotary device for rotating a pointer from being vibrated to an electrical wiring board. SOLUTION: The instrument 1 comprises a dial 2; the pointer 3 that is rotated along the front of the dial 2; the electrical wiring board 4 that is arranged at the rear of the dial 2 and has an engagement hole 41; the internal rotary device 5 that has an engagement member 52 that is inserted into the engagement hole 41, is pressed against an engagement inner surface 41a of the engagement hole 41, and is engaged to the electrical wiring board 4, and rotates the pointer 3; and a constraint member that comes into contact with a contacting inner surface 41b that opposes an engagement inner surface 41a in the engagement hole 41 and is provided so that the engagement member 52 engaged to the electrical wiring board 4 is constrained to the printed wiring board 4, thus preventing the internal rotary device 5 from being vibrated to the electrical wiring board 4.
