PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain self-excited vibration of a door in opening the door slightly with simple constitution and to certainly secure a sealing property. SOLUTION: A flat plate type door 13 free to rotate is operated to a small opening position and an extended space 14 to extend a small clearance 16 between a leading end part downstream side surface of the flat plate type door 13 and a wall surface 11a when the small clearance 16 is formed between a door leading end part and the wall surface 11a of an air passage 12. A projection 15 to project to the extended space 14 is provided on the wall surface 11a, an air flow flowing into the extended space 14 from the small clearance 16 is avoided and pressure drop of the extended space 14 is restrained.
