摘要 A call center service supply method using an intelligent network is provided to be capable of carrying out some functions of a call center in a communication network area, thus a reasonable and cost-efficient call center can be constructed. A service exchange triggers a call delivered from an originator terminal unit to an intelligent network server(S200,S202). The intelligent network server reads IP(Internet Protocol) address information of a call center from a DB by using a receiving number of the triggered call. The server accesses a CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) server through an IP network with the read IP address information, and requests operational information on call processing(S204). The CTI server determines the operational information on the call processing to store the determined information, and sends the determined operational information to the intelligent network server(S206-S212). The intelligent server decides whether the operational information is a connection command of the call(S214). If so, the call is connected to the first receiving terminal unit, so that an originator can talk over the phone with a counselor(S222,S224).
