<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thin sliding type portable terminal device having the small number of parts and a sliding unit having high durability. <P>SOLUTION: The sliding type portable terminal device is provided with an operation section casing 5 having a key operation section 54 formed thereon; a display panel protective frame 3 for holding a display panel 2; and a display section casing 1 for housing the display panel protective frame and slidably engaging with the operation section casing. In this terminal device, a rail guide 51 is integrally molded with the operation section casing, a rail section 31 slidably engaging with the rail guide is integrally molded with the display panel protective frame, and a skirt section 19 for covering the rail guide and the rail section from the outside is provided on the display section casing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
