PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which provides a receiving contract service being convenient to both the broadcast providers and the viewers, prevents illegal viewing or illegal recording and is easily constructed. SOLUTION: The system has a digital broadcast receiver, an output device and recorders connected with a control bus, wherein the digital broadcast receiver is provided with a designated program devising portion for extracting a plurality of programs at the same time, a receiving contract managing portion for managing information relating to receiving contracts, and an output destination supervising portion for managing a distributing destination of the broadcast programs at present, thereby distributing the broadcast programs to the output device and/or the recorders on the basis of the contents of the receiving contracts.
