PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck cover which is used with a sleeping bag to prevent the sleeping bag from being stained by the exhalation of a user, body fat and the friction of beard or the like and also improves the availability of the sleeping bag. SOLUTION: The neck cover has a structure that a plurality of clips (2) are attached to the peripheral edge part of cloth (1). The cloth (1) is put on a part to be made in contact with the face of the user at a sleeping bag opening in the shape of covering the edge of the sleeping bag, and the cloth constituting the sleeping bag is clipped and fixed with the clips (2).
