PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be capable of implementing a high accuracy multi-point correction of the measured data in a built-in microcomputer with low computing power and small storage capacity. SOLUTION: When multi-point correction of the measured data 10 is implemented with broken lines, the correcting offset data Y1 and Y2 and the like and the correcting slope data between the offset data are tabulated as was seen in 12 and 14 and after multiplying partially the correcting slope data corresponding to the measured data 10 (XY), the corrected value (Y1+YY) is calculated by adding partially the correcting offset data (Y1).
