PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a stopping rod without using tools, and fix the stopping rod by a uniform force. SOLUTION: An eccentric cam, which is supported by a case so that it can be rotated and which is brought into contact with and separated from a movable assembly body, can be rotated by a lever. Then the eccentric cam is brought into contact with the movable assembly body, and the stopping rod is pinched by a fixed assembly body and the movable assembly body, thus the stopping rod can be fixed to a pinching assembly body. The stopping rod can be attached to and detached from the holder by rotating the eccentric cam by the lever, and can be easily replaced. Since the movable assembly body is pressed against the fixed assembly body by the eccentric cam, tools are not necessary for the attachment and detachment of the stopping rod. Since the movable assembly body is pressed against the fixed assembly body by the predetermined rotation of the eccentric cam, the stopping rod can be fixed in the same state no matter who operates it. Furthermore, since the movable assembly body is attached to the case so that it can rotate, the stopping rod can be easily inserted by rotating the movable assembly body and by spreading the part where the end of the stopping rod is inserted into the pinching assembly body at the time of fixation of the stopping rod.
