<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam-molded product of a woody resin, hardly receiving damage of white ants, having moisture-regulating function, and adsorbing a chemical material causing sick building syndrome which has become problem in recent years, and a smell. <P>SOLUTION: The foam-molded product of the woody resin comprises 10-70 wt.% thermoplastic resin, 5-50 wt.% woody filler and 5-40 wt.% diatomaceous earth. The thermoplastic resin is preferably a polyolefin-based resin. The molded product reduces the damage by the white ants by the kneaded diatomaceous earth. Further, the molded product absorbs the water content in the environmental air at high humidity, and releases the absorbed water content at low humidity to provide a moisture-absorbing and releasing function for reducing the change in the humidity in the environmental air. The molded product also adsorbs and decomposes the chemical material and the smell, and has effects for suppressing the emergence of fungi and harmful bacteria. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
