<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas leak visualizing device without danger on the human body capable of detecting gas leak and pinpointing positions of gas leak, in simple composition and easy handling. <P>SOLUTION: The gas leak visualizing device is equipped with a far-infrared source 2 radiating the far-infrared ray including far-infrared ray of the wavelength of 10.6μm, a far-infrared filter 3 receiving the far-infrared ray 10 radiated from the far-infrared source 2 through a space to transmit only the far-infrared ray of the wavelength of 10.6μm, a far-infrared photoelectric element 4, pairing with the far-infrared filter 3, detecting the far-infrared ray transmitted through the far-infrared filter 3, and a measuring probe 1 with a processing/display unit 5 converting the output from the far-infrared photoelectric element 4 to screen-displayed signals to display on a screen, while the measuring probe 1 consists of the far-infrared filter 3 and the far-infrared photoelectric element 4 detecting the SF<SB>6</SB>gas 20 arrived at the space and the processing/display unit 5 displaying the detected output from the far-infrared photoelectric element 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
