PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a virtual object by checking an interference state between the virtual object and a virtual object in proper timing. SOLUTION: Moving velocity of an indicator is found (S404), and it is decided whether to check the interference state between the operation target virtual object and the fixedly disposed virtual object or not on the basis of the found moving velocity (S405). When interference is generated as the result of the check on the interference state between the operation target virtual object and the fixedly disposed virtual object (S408), the effect of the generation of the interference is notified (S409).
