PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate separation of a cable supporting line from a cable element and also to reduce bending distortion of optical fibers. SOLUTION: The optical fiber cable 1 includes a long optical element part 9 which is composed of optical fibers 3, at least a pair of tension bodies 5 arranged in parallel on both sides across the optical fibers 3, and an optical element jacket 7 for covering the outer circumference of the optical fiber 3 and the pair of tension bodies 5, and also includes a long cable supporting line part 19 in which a supporting line 15 is covered with a jacket 17. Further, the optical fiber cable 1 is structured such that the center of the cable supporting line part 19 is aligned with the center of the optical fibers 3 including the pair of tension bodies 5 of the optical element part 9, and that both parts 19 and 9 are brought into contact with each other, wrapped around with a binding line 21, and integrated into one body.
