Disclosed is a protein-immobilized membrane (14) comprising a layer (14A) having a cell membrane-like structure and a protein (14B) which is immobilized onto the layer (14A) and comprises cytochrome or a cytochrome complex. Also disclosed are a method for forming the protein-immobilized membrane (14), and an enzyme-immobilized electrode and a biosensor (X1) having the protein-immobilized membrane (14). The layer (14A) preferably comprises a phospholipid polymer or the like, and the protein (14B) is preferably CyGDH which contains an a-subunit having a glucose dehydrogenase activity and cytochrome C having a function of electron transfer or the like.
