A power drawing apparatus is provided to convert mechanical movement into an electric signal by a pressure transducer with a magnet and a hall effect sensor, and to save power by applying power to the hall effect sensor, measuring and removing power during the extension time. A pressure transducer(10) includes an upper pressure chamber(15) over a diaphragm(20), a lower pressure chamber(16) below the diaphragm and an electronic component chamber(17) over the upper pressure chamber. The upper and lower chambers include ports(25A,25B) communicating fluid with spaces formed by walls, and the upper chamber includes a beam(30) attached to the diaphragm and connected to the diaphragm by a post(31) vertically extended from the diaphragm. A magnet(35) is mounted to an end of the beam, and the beam is attached to the post to keep balance of the magnet and the beam and to minimize distortion of the diaphragm. A hall effect sensor(40) is not directly contacted to the beam or the magnet, and a chamber wall(50) is arranged between the hall effect sensor and the beam or the magnet.
