A control parameter setting device of an elevator system for controlling one or more of elevator cars. The control parameter setting device selects whether to set a parking floor or not to set it and determines a parking floor when it is selected so. The selection is made based on the following items: the number of passengers getting on and off a car at each floor at each time zone, the number of passengers continuously getting on a car at each time zone, the car being a car waiting at a floor at which a passenger gets off the car and at which passengers get on the car continuously, and a car waiting time for a passenger expected to get on a car, the waiting time being estimated by the number of passengers getting on, the number of passengers getting off, and the number of passengers getting on continuously.
