A system and a method for adjusting six axes of an image sensor are provided to obtain the optimum location of the image sensor while the subjective judgment of human is excluded while on assembling a camera lens module. A motor(260) moves the location of an image sensor to adjust six axes. An image acquisition unit(230) receives a signal from the image sensor and acquires an object image. A computer(245) analyzes the object image to output a control signal for moving the location of the image sensor. A motor driver(250) drives the motor correspondingly to the control signal.
