A fast idle air amount controller in a motorcycle with a side stand, wherein a bypass control valve (10) is disposed so that its axis (Y) is positioned approximately horizontal along the lateral direction of the motorcycle (M) when the motorcycle (M) is in a vertically standing state and it has a downhill grade to a side stand (41) side when the motorcycle (M) is in a tilted stop state brought when the side stand (41) is stood on the ground, and an electric actuator (25) is connected to the end part of the bypass control valve (10) on the opposite side of the side stand (41). Thus, even when the actuator formed is of an electric type and the motorcycle is in the tilted stop state brought when the side stand is stood on the ground, water drips produced in a bypass line can be easily prevented from entering the electric actuator.
