Disclosed herein is a method of forming a permanent antistatic layer on an injection-molded article, which is based on in-line cleansing, coating, drying and UV-curing processes in which the injection-molded article is cleansed to remove contaminants therefrom, coated with an antistatic composition, and dried, and the dry coat is cured with UV light. The antistatic coat does not undergo a change in surface resistivity, and is difficult to wipe off with alcohol solvents.
