<p>A film (12) or panel is arranged on the outside of the window (F) or door. It is located with spacing from the e.g. glass pane (3) (or other insert) in the opening frame (2). In this way, a closed insulation space (30) is formed. The film or panel is connected detachably and directly to the frame, or to intermediate sections (6, 7) fastened to it.
