A mobile communication terminal system with a questionnaire function and a controlling method thereof are provided to download a questionnairing program to a subscriber terminal registered on a research site, and to search a subscriber suited to questionnairing conditions in a registered subscriber DB, then to conduct a questionnaire through the program of the selected terminal. A mobile communication terminal user accesses a research(questionnaire) site over the Internet in initial state, and provides subscriber personal information for registration(S1,S2). The currently registered terminal user accesses a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) provided from an Internet server, and downloads a questionnairing program to install the program in a terminal(S3). It is confirmed whether a Java push message is received from the Internet server to the current terminal(S4). If so, the terminal automatically executes the program, accesses the Internet server to bring data which contains contents of a questionnaire, and displays the data on a screen, then retransmits replied results of the questionnaire to the Internet server(S6).
