A cooling structure of a combined electric oven and hood is provided to reduce costs and power consumption by operating a hood and cooling an electrical component chamber through a single power source. A cooling structure of a combined electric oven and hood comprises an upper electrical component unit(30), a cooling vent unit(60), an inlet unit(70), and a hood vent unit(54). The upper electrical component unit has electrical components including a magnetron(38) arranged on a cavity(20). The cooling vent unit is arranged at a side surface of the upper electrical component unit so that the cooling vent unit generates air flow for cooling the upper electrical component unit. The inlet unit has an inlet hole formed at an upper surface(22) of the cavity so that air discharged from the cooling vent unit flows into the cavity. The hood vent unit is arranged on the upper surface of the cavity where the inlet unit is arranged, and sucks and discharges smoke and heat generated from a cooker.
