An installation structure of an island-type golf course and a driving range by using a railroad train base of the downtown is provided to increase work efficiency by integrating management facilities and subsidiary facilities in one spot and to improve space utilization by effectively using a space of the railroad train base. The installation structure of an island-type golf course and a driving range by using a railroad train base(100) of the downtown is composed of a mini golf course comprising a ground space part(220) formed by integrating management and subsidiary facilities(120,130) in one spot, an island part installed at the upper part of a railroad track part(110) in a height enough to let trains pass by and connected to the ground space part, and a field part installed at the upper part of the ground space part and the island part and provided with plural holes and the driving range fixed on the upper side of an inspection compartment(115) of the railroad track part by plural posts.
