A waste gas burning method of a waste water path and a device thereof are provided to prevent surrounding environment from being polluted due to waste gas generated from the waste water path and to fundamentally prevent an accident caused by inner gas explosion. A waste gas burning method of a waste water path(100) comprises the steps for drawing out waste gas including methane from at least one side of a cover stream or the waste water path; and burning the waste gas. The step for burning waste gas includes a step for mixing the drawn waste gas with combustion gas to a combustible ratio. The step for drawing gas out includes a step for compressing and condensing gas in the waste water path and separating combustible gas and incombustible gas from the condensed gas. |
