FIELD: medicine, infectious diseases, vaccines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development and using mixed vaccines used in prophylaxis and treatment of infections being at first hepatitis B. The mixed vaccine comprises hepatitis B virus surface antigen adsorbed on aluminum phosphate and mixed with antigens of another pathogens adsorbed on aluminum hydroxide or aluminum phosphate taken in the amount n = 3-4 and chosen from diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough and Haemophilus influenza b. At least one antigen among antigens n and other pathogens is adsorbed on aluminum hydroxide. Aluminum phosphate confers the resistance to hepatitis B surface antigen in polyvalent compositions of vaccines.
