Invention provides to the ready product higher organoleptic indices and enhances the content of biologically active substances by 10%. According to record of the central tasting commission the taste score of proposed vodka is 9.65. The total content of used components and their quantitative ratio provides preparing vodka representing colorless clear liquid without foreign inclusions, showing very mild harmonic taste, specific vodka aroma typical for vodka prepared from bread raw with barely detected cream caramel in after taste. ^ EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka. ^ 3 ex |
