A head unit of a paste dispenser is provided to make it possible to move only a coating head except a Z-axis driver in a Y direction, thereby reducing the driving load of a Y-axis driver, by disposing the Y-axis driver between the Z-axis driver and the coating head. A head unit(100) of a past dispenser comprises a coating head(110), a Y-axis driver(130), and a Z-axis driver(120). The coating head has a nozzle for ejecting a paste on a substrate. The Y-axis driver is installed to move the coating head in a Y direction. The Z-axis driver is installed to move the Y-axis driver in a Z direction, thereby moving the coating head in the Z direction. The Y-axis driver includes a fixing member, a movable member(132), a Y-axis linear driver, and an LM(Linear Motion) guide. |
