Provided is an eco-friendly buoy structure floating on a river, which forms an environment, under which aquatic animals and plants can grow stably in a river having a large depth and high flow rate, and thus helps to purify the water quality of the river by the aquatic animals and plants. The eco-friendly buoy structure floating on a river comprises: a buoy(10) floating on the water surface by a floating member(13) mounted to a floating member fixing portion(12) formed on both edges of a main body(11) formed of a FRP material; a plant growing region(20) received in a receiving site(14) installed in the inner central portion of the buoy; a water purifying member(30) attached to one water purifying section(15) of the plant growing region for purifying the water quality of a river; and a pair of fish inhabitation sections(40) dipped in water by being mounted to a pair of sites(15) facing to each other and provided on the bottom of the buoy(10). |
