An improved tube sealing system is provided to minimize damage to parts by detachably engaging a stopper unit to a lower portion of a holder. An improved tube sealing system includes a hot air generating unit(200), a cutting unit, a turn table, and a tube discharging unit(400). The hot air generating unit generates hot air to fuse one end of the tube. The cutting unit seals one end of the tube and cuts the residual portion. The turn table includes a plurality of holders. The tube discharge unit discharges the finished tube. A stopper unit temporarily fixing a holder is installed at positions separated from the hot air generating unit and the tube discharging unit.
