The device has a lighting unit (2) formed of a light source (4) disposed near a wall (6) forming a screen for light rays with respect to the vision. The lighting unit is oriented parallel to a magnetic mirror effect component (1) by an axle (5) to illuminate a zone (7) to be observed. The orientation of the lightning unit is conferred according to an angular position of the component to create the setting of the lighted zone while protecting dazzling of vision. The axle is integrated to the unit to facilitate rotation and orientation of the axle.
