A plasma display device is provided to remarkably improve cooling efficiency of a tape carrier package having a driving chip mounted on a signal line, thereby preventing malfunction of the driving chip. A plasma display device includes a chassis(30) attached to a rear surface of a plasma display panel, a drive circuit installed on a rear surface of the chassis for driving the plasma display panel, and a signal line connecting the drive circuit with an electrode terminal installed at a peripheral area of the plasma display panel and having a driving chip(51). Heat radiating plates(71,72) having at least one heat radiating pin formed on one surface are thermally contacted with upper and lower surfaces of the driving chip.
