SNP FOR DIAGNOSING CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE ACCORDING TO TYPES OF SUBJECTS, MICROARRAY AND KIT COMPRISING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE USING THE SAME

The SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism) for diagnosing cardiovascular disease according to types of subjects, a microarray and kit comprising the same SNP, and a method for diagnosing cardiovascular disease by using the same SNP are provided to diagnose occurrence or occurrence possibility of cardiovascular disease according to types of subjects at an early stage. The polynucleotide for diagnosing the cardiovascular disease of a specific subject comprises 10 or more continuous bases containing 101th base in the nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:4, wherein the specific subject has high value of CRP(C-reactive protein), high value of TG(triglycerol), low age less than 55 age, diabetes free or no smoking. The microarray for diagnosing cardiovascular disease comprises the polynucleotide, polypeptide encoded thereby or its cDNA, wherein the polynucleotide is fixed to a substrate coated with a group selected from amino-silane, poly-L-lysine and aldehyde. The method for diagnosing cardiovascular disease comprises the steps of: (a) isolating a nucleic acid sample from the subject; and (b) determining the allele genotype of the single nucleotide polymorphism site, 101th base, of at least one polynucleotide selected from SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:4.
