The device is assembled of a pipe (20) accommodating a bar (21) enveloped by a helical spring (23) and an elastic element (31) positioned inside a wider area (201) located at the lower end of the pipe (20). The bar (21) is permanently joined to the artificial ankle (30) but can be axially moved inside the pipe (20). The spring (23) delays the vertical motion of the bar (21) which is additionally restrained regarding its lateral motion by the elastic element (31).
