Provided are a method for preparing a urethane binder resin that has good storage stability, and a method for preparing a one-pack type elastic chip slurry that has good storage stability and improved physical properties such as tensile strength, elongation, hardness, etc. The method for preparing a urethane binder resin containing filler comprises the steps of: adding additives and 10-100wt%, based on weight of filler, of a solvent having a boiling point of 50-130‹C and incompatible with water to filler, and mixing the admixture; heating the mixture to reflux the solvent and to separate water; removing the separated water, and then removing the solvent by vacuum evaporation; and thereto adding 100-9,900wt%, based on weight of the filler, of a urethane binder resin to be mixed while injecting inert gas.
