A folder-type personal portable terminal and a folder-type hinge device are provided to enable a connecting wire to pass the inside of a hinge part, to which a terminal body and a folder part are connected, through a fourth penetration hole, thereby improving space utilization by utilizing the other party of the terminal body as a different purpose and increasing the stability of the device. A folder-type personal portable terminal comprises the followings: a terminal body(110); a folder part(120) of which both ends are connected to the terminal body(110); a hinge part which includes a hinge case mounted in the end part of the folder part, a rotating cam inserted into the hinge case, a fixing cam formed to be engaged with the rotating cam and fixed on the terminal body(110), and a spring for supporting the rotating cam by being inserted into the hinge case and a penetration hole in the center part of the hinge case, the rotating cam, and the fixing cam; and a connecting wire which electrically connects the terminal body(110) to an internal circuit of the folder part(120) through a penetration hole.
