<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management method for determining whether the driving of a driver or the relationship between respective gear shift stages of a preset gear ratio is a factor for improving fuel efficiency, based on collected traveling information. <P>SOLUTION: The operation management method manages traveling information, where a factor for deteriorating fuel efficiency in a vehicle collected by an on-vehicle machine mounted on the vehicle and manages operation based on the traveling information by an analyzer having a traveling information managing means. The operation management method comprises a traveling information storage process for acquiring the traveling information from the vehicle for storing in the travelling information managing means; an analysis process for analyzing whether a factor for deteriorating the fuel efficiency in the vehicle is operation control or the operation setting of the vehicle, based on the number of times when a gear is shifted down and an acceleration state occupation rate indicated by the traveling information managed by the traveling information managing means; and an output process for outputting the analysis result by the analysis process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
