PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operating noise to be sensed by a user when cooling an optoelectroni device. SOLUTION: In the vicinity of the optoelectroni device 31, a fan 36 of cooling the device 31 is arranged. A detection apparatus 10 generates a detected signal Sv at a level according to the volume around the optoelectroni device 31. For example, the detection apparatus 10 generates a detected signal Sv at a level according to the velocity V of a moving body in which an electronic device D is installed. A controller 20 controls the number of revolution of the fan 36 in accordance with the level of the detected signal Sv.
