In one aspect there is provided a method of coupling a first portion (1) of a container to a second portion (2) of the container in a substantially tamper-evident manner. A tamper evident means (3) is used by relatively rigidly connecting a first portion (4) of the tamper-evident means (3) to the first portion (1) of the container. A second portion (5) of the tamper evident means (3) is coupled to the second portion (2) with the first portion (4) being coupled to the second portion (2) via a frangible section (6).
