An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve optical transmission of a front panel by using a moisture absorption layer containing a thermosetting porous material. An organic light emitting display device includes a first substrate(10), an organic light emitting portion(20), a second substrate(30), and a moisture absorption layer(50). The organic light emitting portion is formed on one surface of the first substrate. The second substrate is coupled with the first substrate with the organic light emitting layer between them. The moisture absorption layer is attached to a facing surface of the second substrate, which faces the first substrate. The moisture absorption layer contains a porous material and a moisture absorption material dispersed inside the porous material. |
