<p>Disclosed is a cilostazol-nicotinamide composite. A method for preparing the same and use of the same are also disclosed. The cilostazol-nicotinamide composite has excellent solubility compared to cilostazol. The pharmaceutical composition comprising the complex shows excellent content uniformity, and has a uniform and excellent dissolution rate.</p>
