PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up a manufacturing operation of a vessel by exactly speedingly attaching a vessel main body and a pouring opening. SOLUTION: A manufacturing device of the vessel with the pouring opening of inserting the pouring opening into an opening of a vessel main body 7 made by forming a sheet into a bag-like shape and attaching the vessel main body 7 and the pouring opening with a sealing apparatus 35, is equipped with: a vessel forming part of integrally attaching the pouring out opening and the vessel main body 7 to form the vessel; a pouring opening supply part of transferring many pouring out openings one by one and supplying them to the vessel forming part; a vessel main body supply part of cutting a long master roll reel 6 made by forming a synthetic resin film into a tube to make the vessel main body 7 of a predetermined length and supplying them to the vessel forming part; and a discharge part of discharging the shaped vessel in the vessel shaping part.
