PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage generation circuit generating a stable reference voltage to a temperature, and allowing reduction of the voltage without sacrificing accuracy and a temperature characteristic. SOLUTION: This reference voltage generation circuit having a reference voltage generation circuit part generating the reference voltage has an output circuit part having temperature dependence equivalent to the reference voltage, generating a voltage different from the reference voltage, and outputting a differential voltage between the reference voltage and the generated voltage as an output reference voltage.
