PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-staining sheet having a photocatalyst present therein in a dotted state, low in cost, having good welder processability and capable of also ensuring lightweight properties. SOLUTION: The anti-staining sheet is constituted by integrally providing a resin film at least on one side of a fiber base material, and by providing at least one photocatalyst selected from an apatite coated photocatalyst. A silica coated photocatalyst, both of which are coated with a hydrophilic inorganic compound, is present at least on one side of the resin film. The average primary particle size of the photocatalyst is 1-below 100 nm, and the photocatalyst is adsorbed and fixed on the surface of the resin film in the dotted state to occupy <50% of the surface area of the resin film.
