The inventive wiping material dispenser comprises a drum (5) receiving a cutting blade holder (6). One of the drum lateral sides comprises an offset supporting plate (10) which is arranged on the extension thereof and provided with an opening (10a) for fixing the end of the blade holder. A toothed sector (11) is mounted on said end and interacts with a gear wheel (12) which is freely mounted on the drum axis (5a) and connected to a hooked cam (13). Said drum comprise a projected element (15) having a ramp profile (15a), the lateral flange (4) of a housing receiving the drum axis makes it possible to fixe a shaped body (18) exhibiting elastic pivoting capacity in order to interact by the end thereof with said hooked cam (13) or said projected element (15). |
