<p>This invention is related with a process or protocol for to identify the sex in vegetable species, particularly the borojo, plant native from Choco, colombia, by means molecular markers associated to sex such plant. More particularly, the invention protects a sequence with a number of index bases AFLP E-ACC/M-CAA and the sequence of initiators with 20 and 22 pairs of database for to diagnosis the vegetable sex by means the PCR technique o chain reaction of polymerase.</p> |
