A fuel feeder (1) installed at the bottom of a fuel tank (2), comprising a reservoir part (82) for reserving a fuel therein. The reservoir part (82) is positioned on the lower side of the bottom face (2a) of the fuel tank (2) so that water content can be easily stagnated therein and is hard to be discharged. A fuel pump (20) capable of sucking the fuel from the reservoir part (82) is disposed in the fuel feeder (1). A deaerating passage (84) for discharging air bubbles produced in the fuel pump (20) to the outside of the pump is opened to the inside of the reservoir part (82). According to the operation of the fuel pump (20), an air bubble flow is jetted from the opening (85) of the deaerating passage (84), the fuel in the reservoir part (82) is agitated, and the water content stagnated in the reservoir part (82) is discharged to the outside of the reservoir part.
