PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a women's long undergarment usable both for Japanese dress and Western dress, usable as a long undergarment for a kimono, wearable as a T shirt single body for Western dress if removing a decorative collar, attached sleeves and an under-petticoat, and bringing the under-petticoat into a wrap-around skirt for Western dress. SOLUTION: This women's long undergarment usable both for Japanese dress and Western dress is composed of a detachable T-shirt, a decorative collar, attached sleeves and a wrap-around skirt. The T-shirt is made using a stretchable thin jersey cloth, and lace-like thin strings are stitched to the collar and sleeves of the T-shirt to attach the decorative collar and attached sleeves. The decorative collar is made of an interlining cover, an interlining and a plurality of buttons to insert into the buttonholes of the lace-like thin strings set on the T-shirt. The attached sleeve has around the shoulder a plurality of buttons to attach to the buttonholes of the lace-like thin strings of the sleeve of the T-shirt. The wrap-around skirt is made by setting a waist string and an inner cloth to wrap around the waist on the upper part.
