PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission system in which while improving heat-radiation performance, clutch discs of two clutch members are provided in the same shape to be sharable between them, and the constitution is made simple by simplifying the transmission line of driving-force. SOLUTION: A first clutch member 3 and a second clutch member 4 are provided parallel in the direction of extension of a first and a second output-shafts 7, 8. The transmission members 5, 6 are extended respectively from the first and the second output shafts 7, 8 on both sides of the clutch group comprising the first and the second clutch members 3, 4. A selection means 9 is provided between the transmission members 5, 6, which operates to press-contact or separate selectively drive-side clutch discs 3a, 4a and driven-side clutch discs 3b, 4b respectively in the first and the second clutch members 3, 4.
