<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio apparatus capable of changing the constitution of the apparatus when necessary. <P>SOLUTION: While transmitting/receiving signals of radio frequency to/from one end, a plurality of connection parts 14 connect a plurality of radio modules for inputting/outputting digital signals corresponding to the signals of the radio frequency on the other end. A processing part 12 processes digital signals respectively corresponding to the plurality of radio modules connected to the plurality of connection parts 14. Signal lines transmit the digital signals between the processing part 12 and the plurality of connection parts 14. Identification information is applied to each of the plurality of radio modules connected to the plurality of connection parts 14.
