PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed gas supply device for supplying compressed gas corresponding to an amount of consumption with high efficiency and stable pressure. SOLUTION: The compressed gas supply device comprises a large capacity compressor 2 having an inverter 1 and having an adjustable discharge amount, at least one of small capacity compressors 3, 4, and a receiver tank 5 to which all discharge flow paths of the large capacity compressor 2 and the small capacity compressors 3, 4 are connected. It has a rotating speed control means 7 for controlling a rotating speed N of the large capacity compressor 2 by controlling a frequency f of the inverter 1 to keep pressure in the receiver tank 5 constant, and a number control means 8 for starting additional one of the small capacity compressors 3, 4 when the frequency f of the inverter 1 is higher than an upper limit frequency f<SB>L</SB>where the rotating speed N of the large capacity compressor 2 reaches a predetermined upper limit rotating speed N<SB>H</SB>and for stopping one of the small capacity compressors 3, 4 when the frequency f of the inverter 1 is lower than a lower limit frequency f<SB>H</SB>where the rotating speed N of the large capacity compressor 2 reaches a predetermined lower limit rotating speed N<SB>L</SB>.
